SECTION 18 EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY (EPR) REGULATIONS
We are registered with the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) as a Producer Responsibility Organisation in terms of the Extended Producer Responsibility Regulations.
The EPR fee for all glass packaging is R86.64 per ton.
This has been approved by The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment.
